The company AVSN d.o.o., longer named AVSN communications engineering d.o.o. (LTD) was founded on 25th. of Octobre 2000. It was formed basing on numerous successes and references of private enterpreneur Milan Fornazaric, AVSN Fornazaric Milan s.p., who is founder and owner of AVSN d.o.o. (LTD).

The beginings reach in 1994, when Milan Fornazarič, after many years of service and installations of antenna systems and audio video devices as a suplementary craft, registered a private enterprise. Trough the years the business has grown and empolyed new workers, the trend of developemen has shown a need to form a new company, that will continue to upgrade and spread the results, acheived by the private enterprise.

Company AVSN d.o.o., based in Ozeljan (ZIP 5261 Šempas), continues to form successes and strategy of the former private enterprise, and continues to grow and evolve, as it have from the begining with two employees expanded to curentlly 6 employess (in the year 2011). The company has took over from the private enterprise, as well the exclusive distribution agreement for Slovenia for the FRACARRO company, which was signe in the year of 1996.
